What actually makes UNMASKD different?
UNMASKD focuses on emotional masks, behavioural patterns, identity, and rebuilding — not just habits, mood tracking, or productivity.
Is this a therapy app?
No. UNMASKD is a self-awareness and emotional growth app. It is not therapy, diagnosis, or a replacement for professional mental health support.
Why emotional masks?
Because many patterns — people pleasing, perfectionism, control, emotional shutdown, and independence — began as ways to protect ourselves. The mask gives language to what has often been hard to explain.
How is this different from journaling?
Most journaling apps give you a blank page. UNMASKD gives you a guided pathway based on your results, with reflections, rebuild actions, journal prompts, and emotional reset tools.
